Karl Rausch
Karl Rausch has been teaching guitar for over 30 years and he loves watching his students grow and succeed as guitarists. Karl grew up in Hamden, Connecticut. After graduating from high school, we went on to study guitar at Berklee College of Music in Boston. After college, he lived in Germany playing music and meeting musicians. Later, he worked with New York jazz saxophonist Marion Brown and recorded on November Cotton Flower. He also worked with Hungarian singer and composer Agnes Zsigmondi, performing both original and traditional folk music. These days, Karl plays solo, small group, and big band gigs throughout Western Massachusetts.
