  • You can cancel your lesson using our online portal. CLICK HERE to log into the portal. Once you're logged in, click the "cancel" button on the lesson you need to miss. If eligible, the system will generate a makeup credit for your lesson. To reschedule the lesson, scroll to the "credits" section in your portal. Find the credit you'd like to use (there will likely only be one) and click the "use" button on the credit. This will take you to our self-booking system, which will walk you through the process. If you're not seeing any available times or days that work for you, please feel free to check back into the self-booking system again in a few days. New times open up regularly.

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to EMAIL US or GIVE US A CALL.

CUSTOMER PORTAL. Each Student (or their Parent or Guardian) will be assigned a user account in our Customer Portal. All changes to scheduling and billing must be done through this portal with the exception of withdrawal, which is outlined below.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING. After an initial trial lesson, there is a $25 registration fee to initiate a program of lessons for each individual student on each instrument or subject. In addition to that fee, the Student (or their Parent or Guardian) agrees to pay a monthly subscription fee based on the number of students, length of lesson(s), and pricing tier of the selected teacher(s). Monthly fees are listed at www.theprindleschool.com/pricing. They are subject to change at any time with 60 days' notice from The Prindle School to all affected Customers. The School has established a consistent monthly payment amount for lessons. The Student (or their Parent or Guardian) will always be billed for four lessons at a time on a monthly basis. There are a total of 48 lessons in each academic year. The exact dates of lessons may not match exactly with the calendar month in which the subscription payment is due. Payments and corresponding lesson dates are regularly updated at www.theprindleschool.com/calendar.

PAYMENT AND LATE FEES. Payment is due on the 15th day of each month. A late fee of $10 will be added to any unpaid invoices on the 16th day of the month. Another late fee of $10 will be added every 30 days that an invoice remains unpaid.

PAYMENT OF COLLECTION ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER COSTS. If (a) any unpaid amount due under the above stated subscription terms is placed in the hands of an attorney or collection agency for collection or enforcement or is collected or enforced through any legal proceeding or The Prindle School otherwise takes action to collect amounts due under these terms or to enforce the provisions of these terms then the Student (or their Parent or Guardian) shall pay the costs incurred by The Prindle School for such collection, enforcement or action including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and disbursements.

WITHDRAWAL. The Student (or their Parent or Guardian) may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice via our web portal at www.theprindleschool.com/withdraw. The Student (or their Parent or Guardian) will be allowed one makeup credit per 60-day period. This makeup credit can be used to reschedule a cancelled lesson during any open availability in the teacher's schedule. Makeup credits must be used within 120 days of issue. The Student may not hold more than 2 total makeup credits at any time. If a student cancels a makeup lesson, it cannot be re-booked. Rescheduling can be done through the Customer Portal. Makeup credits will not be issued for lessons cancelled less than 24 hours' prior to the lesson.

SCHOOL CANCELLATIONS OF INDIVIDUAL LESSONS. If we cancel your lesson for any reason other than weather, we will gladly reschedule the lesson or credit your account for the amount of the lessons, whichever you prefer.
